Current Fundraising Efforts

Goal: Improve sound at BCT

Purpose: A dedicated subwoofer and two hanging mics will make it easier for performers to be heard and improve the overall quality of our performances!

Current Material Needs

We are currently looking for:

​

  • Artwork

  • Tablecloths

  • Fake flowers (any kind)

  • Rugs

  • Blankets

  • Table lamps (do not need to work)

If you have material you would like to donate, please contact Mr. Wolfe to arrange a drop off.

Current Volunteer Needs

We are currently looking for parent volunteers in the following areas:

​

  • Construction

    • Includes building, painting, and prop/scenic repair.

      • Upcoming Build Day: TBA

  • Costumes

    • Includes alterations and repairs, sourcing, cleaning, and organizing

      • Parents with prior costuming experience can speak with Mr. Wolfe about becoming the production's  Costume Master/Mistress ​

  • Culinary

    • Includes coordinating cast meals, tracking allergens, and working with other parent volunteers. ​

    • Run the concession stand during show intermissions.
